Refund policy

Returns
In the event where you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a strict return policy of up to 30 days where you will receive a full refund or exchange only.  
 
To be eligible for a return, you must provide us with proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or email confirmation. We can only accept items that have not been used, are in the same condition upon the time of purchase and remain in the original packaging.
 
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for on the following items:
 
- Earrings
- Toiletries i.e. Hand Soap / Moisturiser 
- Gift Cards
- Sale items
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Refunds 
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you and confirm whether we have accepted the return. If we are happy, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that once your return has been processed, it may take several days for funds to show back onto your original payment method. 
 
If you have not received the funds after this point, please contact your payment provider for further assistance. 
 
Exchanges / Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hushliving22@gmail.com and send your item to:

Please note that depending on where you live, the time it can take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
 
Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return via email. 
 
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the original purchaser had the order shipped to themselves, a refund will be processed to the original purchaser.

Hush Living do not cover return shipping costs, nor do we refund the original shipping cost. 
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be included. 
 
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
